አይናችን ስለ ጤናችን ምን ይናገራል? አይኖቻችን አለምን ከማስመልከት ባለፈ ስለጤናችንም ብዙ ይናገራሉ። በአይኖቻችን ላይ የሚታዩ ለውጦች የእይታ ችግር፣ የስኳር በሽታ፣ ጭንቀት እና መሰል ችግሮች መጋለጥን ሊያሳዩ ይችላሉ።የአሜሪካ የአይን ህክምና አካዳሚ ቃል አቀባይ ዶክተር ናታሻ ሄርዝም አይናችን ስለ ጤናችን የሚናገሩት በርካታ ነገር አለ ይላሉ። በአይናችን የሚታዩ ያልተለመዱ ምልክቶችን ማስተዋል ከቻልን የችግሩን ምንጭ በመረዳት ለመፍትሄው መንቀሳቀስ እንጀምራለን። ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩት በአይናችን ላይ የሚታዩ ምልክቶች ስለ የሚሉት እንዲቀህ ቀርቧል። 1. የአይን ቆብ እብጠት በአይን ቆብ ላይ የሚወጣ እብጠት መጠነኛ የህመም እና የማቃጠል ስሜት ሊኖረው ይችላል፤ ብዙ ጊዜ በጥቂት ቀናት ውስጥም ይጠፋል። ይሁንና እብጠቱ ከአይናችን ቆብ ላይ እስከ ሶስት ወራት ድረስ የማይጠፋ ከሆነ ላልተለመደው “ሳባካሲየስ ግላንድ ካርኪኖማ” ካንሰር መጋለጥን ሊያመላክት ይችላል። በተመሳሳይ ቦታ ለረጅም ጊዜ በአይን ቆባችን ላይ የሚወጣ እብጠትም ከላይ ለጠቀስነው የካንሰር አይነት ተጋላጭ መሆንን ሊያሳይ እንደሚችል ተገልጿል። 2. የቅንድብ ፀጉር መርገፍ የቅንድብ ፀጉር በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ሊረግፍ ይችላል። የቅንድባችን ጫፍ (ሳሳ ያለው ክፍል) ፀጉር መርገፍ ከጉሮሮ ጋር ለተያያዘ ችግር መጋለጣችን ያሳያል። የአይን ሽፋሽፍት ፀጉር መርገፍ ደግሞ ለካንሰር ከመጋለጥ ጋር ሊያያዝ ይችላል ተብሏል። 3. የአይን መርገብገብ ጭንቀት ከሚንፀባረቅባቸው መንገዶች አንዱ የአይን መርገብገብ ነው። ብዙ ጊዜ አይናችን የሚርገበገብ ከሆነ ለጭንቀት መጋለጣችን ያመለክታል የሚሉት ዶክተር ሄርዝ፥ በመሆኑም በቂ እረፍት ማግኘት ይሆርብናል ብለዋል። 4. የእይታ ብዥታ – ስኳር አይ...
